    新中国在过去的60年里，在各个领域都取得了巨大的成就。过去的17年里，中以两国在经济贸易、科学技术、教育和文化领域的双边合作得到快速发展，两国间的关系基础牢固。

    今年，在“感知中国”活动中，我们将展示一个文化和经济的全景画，包括中国残疾人艺术团、北京现代舞团艺术家们的精彩演出，以及影视周，摄影展览和讲座。这些活动将突出展示中国在过去60年里的重大发展,并为双边关系的发展历程提供图片概述。关于“中国以色列和世界经济”的讨论会将在特拉维夫大学举办。

2009 - An Anniversary Year and a Year of Celebration October 1, 2009 marks the 60th anniversary of modern China. It is also the 17th year to the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel.

China has made tremendous progress in all fields over the past 60 years. In the last 17 years, our bilateral cooperation has enjoyed rapid growth in the areas of economics and trade, science and technology, education and culture. Relations between our countries are firmly anchored.

This year, in celebrating together, we will be showing a cultural and economic panorama, including the fantastic performing artists of the China Disabled Troupe, the Beijing Modern Dance Company,the film week, photographic exhibitions and lectures. These highlight aspects of China's development over the past 60 years and provide a pictorial overview of our bilateral ties. A Symposium on "China, Israel and the World Economy" will be hosted by Tel Aviv University.
