近日，由中国人权研究会编写的《中国人权事业发展报告(2014)》(人权蓝皮书)正式发布，这是中国人权研究会第四次推出有关中国人权事业发展的蓝皮书。
这本蓝皮书分析了中国梦的人权内涵，重点阐释了十八届三中全会对推进中国人权事业发展的重大意义。蓝皮书总结了2013年中国人权事业进展的总体特征，指出党和政府以促进社会公平正义，增进人民福祉为出发点和落脚点，推动经济政治社会文化各项事业协调发展，保证了人民平等参与、平等发展的权利，让发展成果更多更公平地惠及全体人民。在专题报告部分，蓝皮书就反腐败、社会主义协商民主建设、劳动教养制度改革、社区矫正、公益诉讼、农村留守儿童以及生态文明建设等领域人权保障进展情况进行了讨论。蓝皮书还结合人权入宪十周年，对2003-2013年中国大陆出版的人权著作进行了梳理，撰写了研究报告。
中国人权研究会成立于1993年，是人权领域最大的全国性学术团体，在联合国经社理事会享有特别咨商地位。自成立以来，中国人权研究会在人权理论研究、人权知识普及和人权国际交流合作等方面发挥了积极作用。
China Society for Human Rights Studies issued the Annual Report on China's Human Rights(2014)
Aug.6,2014--Recently, the Annual Report on China's Human Rights(2014) (Blue Book of China's Human Rights) responsed by the China Society for Human Rights Studies was officially released.It is the fourth time that the Blue Book of the development of China's Human Rights by China Society for Human Rights Studies was issued.
This book analyzes the content of human rights of Chinese dream, emphatically explains the significant meaning of promoting the Progress in China's Human Rights decided by the third plenary session of the 18th national congress of CPC. The Blue Book summarizes the general characteristics of the Progress in China's Human Rights in 2013 and points out that the party and the government to promote social fairness and justice, improve the well-being of the people, as the starting point and the foothold, promotes the comprehensive development of economic,political,social and cultural causes, guarantees the rights to people's equal participation and equal development, so that the fruits of social development could more equitably benefit all the people. In the feature report, Blue Book discusses on anti-corruption, the socialist consultative democracy construction, reform of the system of reeducation through labor, community correction, public interests litigation, rural left-behind children and ecological civilization construction. The Blue Book also summarizes the publications on human rights during 2003-2013 in Chinese mainland and writes a research report.
China Society for Human Rights Studies, founded in 1993, is the largest national academic group in the field of human rights, enjoys special consultative status in Economic and Social Council of United Nations. China Society for Human Rights Studies has played a positive role in the theoretical research on human rights, popularizing the knowledge of human rights and International exchanges and cooperation on human rights since it was founded.
