The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a routine policy briefing at 10 AM on Feb. 7, 2017. Issues on the handling of motions from the deputies of the National People's Congress and proposals from members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2016 will be introduced by officials from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and spokeswoman of the State Council Information Office.
