Issues on further implementing science and technology commissioner system and advancing rural science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship will be introduced by Xu Nanping, vice minister of science and technology. Issues on further optimizing State-owned enterprises (SOE) will be introduced by Zhang Xiwu, deputy head of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, and Peng Huagang, deputy secretary-general of SASAC.
