The State Council Information Office (SCIO) will hold a regular briefing on the State Council's policies at 3:00p.m.on Jan. 15, 2016.

Wu Zhilun, deputy director of the State Council's office for transforming government's functions, Tang tao, vice minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Xia Yong, vice director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, and Yin Hejun, vice minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, will give an introduction on the work being done concerning the simplification of governance, decentralizing power and the drafted Measures for the Recognition and Management of High-tech Enterprises. They will later take questions from the press.
