On August 3, 2015, sign language interpreting was equipped for the press conference which introduced issues on the 3rd Anniversary of Implementing of the Regulations on Accessible Environment Construction. This marked the first time when sign language interpreting was officially introduced for press conference held by the State Council Information Office.
