Editor's note: "Experience China" is a signature cultural event hosted by the State Council Information Office aimed at promoting Chinese culture across the world. Over the past two months, the event has been held in Finland, Russia, Germany, Egypt, the U.K. and Ireland, offering attendees a taste of the Chinese culture and enhancing their cross-cultural bond with China. Below is a list of the events hosted in these countries.
1. Finland: June 29 to July 3
The event featured a series of exhibitions and virtual reality interactive experiences to demonstrate Chinese art and culture.

2. Russia: opening on July 3
The event featured exhibits from southern China's Guangdong Province, including ceramic art works, herbal tea, and Chaoshan straw paintings.

3. Germany: July 5 to 10
The event featured various exhibitions of paintings, porcelains and multiple Chinese modern inventions, as well as traditional Chinese music performances and lantern shows.
Huang Kunming, executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, gave an opening speech at the event.

4. Egypt: opening on July 6
A series of Xinjiang-themed events were held in Cairo and Alexandria, featuring various performances of different ethnic cultures to demonstrate the unique charm of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

5. The U.K.: July 20-25
The events in London, Scotland and Manchester showcased the culture of western China, offering a glimpse of the lesser known region.

6. Ireland: opening on July 26
The event in Ireland showcased the culture of western China by presenting various dances by performers from China's Yunnan Province.
Lu Guangjin, director of the Department of Human Rights of the State Council Information Office, spoke at the opening ceremony of the event in Dublin.
