Issues on inspection plan for reducing overcapacity in steel and coal mining industries, the policy measures supporting foreign trade development and the implementation of the measures will be introduced by Lian Weiliang, Vice Chairman of National Development and Reform Commission; People in Charge of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Zhang Ji, Assistant Minister of Commerce; Long Guoqiang, Vice President of Development Research Center of the State Council.
