The global premiere of the highly-anticipated nature documentary film "Born In China" was held in Beijing on Aug. 4.
The film helmed by Chinese film maker Lu Chuan, known for "Mountain Patrol", is a co-production of SMG Pictures and Disneynature.
It documents the stunning and touching moments of wildlife in some of the most extreme environments and focuses on three animal families in the remote wilds of China -- panda bear, golden monkey and snow leopard.
The film is produced by Disney's award-winning producer Roy Conli.
Mainland actress Zhou Xun lends her voice to the narration of the heartwarming movie which will hit cinemas across China on Aug. 12.
