Cui Yuying, vice head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and vice minister of the State Council Information Office, met with delegates of Seminar for Media Heads from Countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt in Beijing, capital of China, on July 26, 2016.

Cui encouraged media delegates to become the messengers of information dissemination, peaceful friendship, cultural exchanges and development promotion. She also urged media delegates to work hard for the Silk Road Economic Belt countries' solidarity and mutual trust, equality and mutual benefit, tolerance and mutual learning and win-win cooperation.
