China's top publicity official Liu Qibao made the call during a recent visit to South Korea.

During his visit, Liu Qibao met with senior South Korean officials, including the parliamentary speaker, the deputy prime minister, and the Foreign Minister.

Apart from official activity, Liu also attended several cultural activities, including a China-South Korea media dialogue and a forum on sinology.
