Guo Weimin, deputy director of the State Council Information Office (SCIO), met with a delegation of the Czech Senate on April 14 in Beijing.

The delegation is led by Zdenek Skromach, vice president of the Czech Senate and former deputy prime minister of the country. The two sides shared opinions on cultural communication, especially news media cooperation between China and the Czech Republic in future.

Other officials from the SCIO and the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee also attended the meeting.
